Age Restriction

• Occupancy of the condos in the Woodcrest at Jacobs Hill community is limited to households where at least one member of the household is 55 years of age or older, and there are no persons under the age of 18.

Preferences:

50 Market Rate Condos - There will be an application preference for the 50 market rate condos as follows:

• Seniors currently residing in the Town of Cortlandt
• Seniors who have family member currently residing in the Town of Cortlandt
• Seniors who work or volunteer or have worked or volunteered in the Town of Cortlandt

8 Affordable Priced Condos - There will be an appllication preference for the 8 affordable priced condos as follows:

• Residents who have resided in the Town of Cortlandt for at least four years; or households who have an immediate family member(parent or adult child) who is currently residing in the Town and has resided in the Town for at least four years; or prior residents of the Town who lived in the Town for at least four years and were a resident of the Town in 2001.
  
• Town of Cortlandt residency also includes those who live in Buchannan, Verplanck, Montrose, Croton-on-Hudson, Crugers and some areas of Mohegan Lake.
