  • Two separate York (or equivalent) condensers with two zones of central air conditioning (including sizing for future finished basement space), totaling 5 tons of cooling.
  • Third zone of hot water baseboard heat in optional finished basements.
  • All thermostats are digital programmable, energy saving thermostats.
