Pet Policy:

  • One-time non-refundable fee of $500 per pet
  • Additional $50 per dog and $25 per cat monthly fee.  Two dog limit.

2 Bedroom $60,000
3 Bedroom $66,000

Additional Charges:

  • Garage:  $100 per month and a security deposit of $100 for the remote control
  • Redecorating Fee:  $200 Non-refundable one time fee paid with first months rent
  • $75.00 Non-Refundable application fee
  • $200.00 Holding Fee.  Applied to first month rent after security deposit has been paid.  Non-refundable if application is cancelled.

Lease Terms:

  • One year lease
  • Six month leases are available for an additional $100.00 per month
